Planning Management for Lend Lease Construction on the Building Schools for the Future (BSFF) Birmingham Project. BSFF Birmingham Comprises of a mixture of new build Academies and school refurbishment projects spread over eighteen individual projects. Contracted to develop and manage fully logic linked and resourced programmes to aid design, construction and commissioning of five of these projects totalling £100m in value.

Planning Management for Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES), on the new build £220m Featherstone Prison (F2) Wolverhampton, a “Joint Venture” project between Kier Build and BBES. Project comprised of seventeen individual buildings constructed over an 18 month period. Contracted to develop and manage fully logic linked and resourced programmes to aid design, installation and commission of the Mechanical & Electrical installations, along with infrastructure and statutory services, for the entire project.

Planning Management for Balfour Beatty on the new build £580m Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. Contracted to develop, co-ordinate and communicate the “Live” programme for various sections of the project from design stage through to commission.

Planning and Project Management for Morrison Construction on Broadway Plaza, a new mixed use city centre retail, leisure and residential development complex with extensive basement carparking
(£80m).
