  • Ensure smooth and detailed co-ordination between M&E install and build
  • Communication and agreement of the “Live” plan to all levels ensuring buy-in and focus on the plan from all stakeholders
  • Daily analysis of critical path to highlight programme issues to all members of the team
  • “What if scenario’s” to determine impacts of change and further implementation of mitigation measures (making on-going changes to the plan)
  • Continued improvement and update of the plan ensuring true reflection of the status of project
  • Continued training and development of individuals involved with delivery of a “Lean” plan
  • Development and implementation of progress reporting mechanisms for both “Lean” and traditional methods of tracking progress
  • Progress reports with KPI’s, PPI’s and S-Curves created using data input from the whole team
  • Weekly “Fixed” programme drop-lines and “Live” plan straight line re-schedules
  • Production of short term “look-ahead” and trade programme filters
  • Activity count, Labour resource, line of balance and room handover rate analysis
  • Collation and documenting of “As-built” progress and record information
